"I needed a stylish case for my palette, to keep it from breaking in the makeup bag or more importantly when out and about. I struggled to get one locally (long story) however the team at VB were absolutely superb and I now have mine. its sturdy, sleek and stylish. Perfectly fits the palette and I can swap them in and out depending on what colours I'm wearing that day/evening. The clasp is pretty strong and the mirror is a decent mirror and not coloured plastic like so many others. It looks lovely in my bag. Super happy as you can tell!"

"I expected much more from Victoria Beckham Beauty. The product did not meet my expectations at all, especially considering the high price. "I purchased the Eye Wardrobe as a gift for my mother after it was recommended by an Oscar-winning makeup artist, and I have to say, the product and the compact are both beautiful. Congratulations on creating something so special. I’m also a beauty industry veteran with extensive experience in retail, so I wanted to share one piece of feedback about the first-time purchase GWP. The velvet pouch was included with the order, but it arrived empty. When the shipment arrived at my mother’s house, she knew there was a gift inside waiting for her—and she was definitely not expecting an empty bag. In all my years in the beauty industry, I have honestly never experienced an empty cosmetic pouch being positioned as a GWP. It felt unusual and, unfortunately, took away from an otherwise lovely unboxing experience. When I checked out, it also wasn’t clear to me that the pouch had actually been added to my order, so I reached out to customer service. I have to give your team credit—they responded in less than 24 hours, which was fantastic. There is so much I love about your brand, and the experts in my network consistently speak incredibly highly of your formulas. I think you have something really special here. My only suggestion would be to rethink the GWP experience. A beautiful pouch with nothing inside can feel more disappointing than delightful, particularly when the customer is expecting a gift. I honestly wouldn’t have written this feedback if you hadn’t asked for it. I’m sharing it because I think the brand is doing so many things right, and I’d love to see the GWP experience feel just as thoughtful and elevated as the product itself."

Olive and Brown Eyeliner Highly Recommend This Product
"I bought this eyeliner a while ago have to say the best eyeliner I have ever bought worth the extra ££. The olive eyeliner sits very well on the eye last all day. I bought the brown eyeliner as well now. The pencil flows very soft ion the eye my green eyes just looks so much better with this product in the long run it is definitely value for money."
