"I’ve been a fan of this lipliner, so I was really disappointed to see the new packaging comes with about 1.5 inches less product for the same price. While the new case is cool and definitely feels more elevated, I’d much rather have the actual product than upgraded packaging. Paying the same price for noticeably less product feels like a step backward. Please bring back the full-size liner — the product itself is what keeps customers coming back!"

Just received today and this is the first time I have ever been bummed with receiving a VB Beauty order. The new lip definer is 0.49g smaller than the previous version but has the same selling price. Maybe the new design will help me utilize more of the product when it gets low, but initial reaction, I am disappointed with the new design relative to the amount of lip definer product. 🤷♀️"

Both times I've ordered thinking I've got the correct colour and neither have been correct. Understanding the coding on the pencil to the code on line hasn't matched up. Now the actual lipliner pencil is completely different in its cute silver form. Help needed please."

"Unfortunately the lip liner and posh lipstick I purchased arrived as if they had melted in transit. Lip liner was broken on the point and just gently touching it to my lips made it break. Unsure if I sharpen it if it will continue to so. Very disappointed at this price point. Will need to decant posh lip to be able to use it. Would return honestly not paying for postage on already expensive outlay"
