"This fan does not close unless I "close it pleat by pleat". I inquired with VB customer service, as my fan is very difficult to close. They asked me to send a video, and I did. . . the result was that they suggested that I close it pleat by pleat. I have fans that cost $1 that close better. Don't waste your money."
