"I have just received my replacement bitten lip tint after the applicator broke off straight after opening my first order. The same thing has happened to my replacement! Customer service is very good and a replacement came within a couple of days but it’s disappointing to see on reviews that this problem has been happening for a while now and is still not fixed. Maybe 3rd time lucky.. I can’t comment on the product itself as I have not had the chance to see or use it."

"Good product but apparently they only have a 6 month shelf life expectancy for the applicator to work. I have this in writing after emailing for the second time the product broke. I have had now 2 where the tip broke off inside the product. Loads of product left in the bottle that I can’t get out. What a waste."

I have been repurchasing the Bitten Lip Tint in Chérie and Bisou countless times since August 2020, both online and in stores. The shades are simply unmatched for me, and the formula itself is excellent. Unfortunately, the applicator has broken off in each of my last three tints and remained inside the bottle, leaving around more than half of the product difficult to use. I have always handled the applicator gently, and this never happened with my earlier purchases. For a premium product at this price point, this is really disappointing. I absolutely love the formula and shades, but I hope VBB will look into the durability of the applicator. And please bring back Chérie!"
