Draw along the upper lash line and dot along the lower lash line. Use an eye brush to pickup the pencil formula from the back of your hand and apply like shadow. Finally, use the sponge end of your pencil to smudge the lower lash line.

"Love the Liners, I have a few colours now. . . the colour glides on and stays well throughout the day. I am 63 and find the products work well with my skin. I have extended the range now to include the blusher drops, mascara and recently eyeshadow and the new lip gloss. "So easy to apply and smudge you cannot go wrong. I know I will always need these pencils in my make up bag. I don’t find them super precise, but easy to apply for a Smokey eye or not too precise a look. They are very creamy and comfortable to wear, but not my first choice for a sharp line. They really stick all day though. Promise kept."
