"I ordered the 02 in May and have LOVED LOVED LOVED it, great color and great product as always. When I saw the 1.5 as an option and I had to order it. Just received today and this is the first time I have ever been bummed with receiving a VB Beauty order. The new lip definer is 0.49g smaller than the previous version but has the same selling price. Maybe the new design will help me utilize more of the product when it gets low, but initial reaction, I am disappointed with the new design relative to the amount of lip definer product. 🤷‍♀️"

"I absolutely love the lip liners. However I have purchased twice now, once a while ago and another recently. Both times I've ordered thinking I've got the correct colour and neither have been correct. Understanding the coding on the pencil to the code on line hasn't matched up. Now the actual lipliner pencil is completely different in its cute silver form. Help needed please."

"Unfortunately the lip liner and posh lipstick I purchased arrived as if they had melted in transit. Lip liner was broken on the point and just gently touching it to my lips made it break. Unsure if I sharpen it if it will continue to so. Very disappointed at this price point. Will need to decant posh lip to be able to use it. Would return honestly not paying for postage on already expensive outlay"

Very good…wanted for a long

"Very good…wanted for a long time but every time I go to order something else it’s out of stock! I use medium pillow talk @tilbury but as so many other of victorias products are superior wanted to try & not disappointed & like the silver tube as better than just a pencil but would have preferred gold to blend with other colour tones & metal covers in her range - more premium in my opinion."

"I have quite a few of the original lip liners and am not crazy about the new design. Seems smaller with less product. The new packaging just doesn't seem necessary for a lip pencil . I purchased the #1 shade which is quite pale and imperceptible. I will keep it so not to bothered with a return . Keep the old design please."
