"Dear Sir or Madam, As I mentioned in my email dated November 20th, I have not yet received the items from order B2690735 and am therefore unable to review them. Despite clearly expressing the urgency of this matter, I have not received a response from your support team or the products themselves. Yet you are now requesting a review of items that I never received, which feels highly inappropriate. I urgently request that you look into this matter without delay and ensure that the products are sent to me immediately."
