"My first purchase I bought an eye pencil and the fragrance set delighted with both , having the set has changed my mind on which one I like the most but I do like all of them. The only negative was the delivery next time I hope I can choose who delivers otherwise I won’t be able to order again and that will be a shame"

"Terrible experience and extremely poor customer service. My order never arrived. Tracking shows it was sent to an address that is not mine, not the address I provided, and isn’t even in the country I live in. My order confirmation clearly shows that I provided the correct delivery address, meaning the error occurred at their warehouse when the order was dispatched. Despite this being quite clear, more than a week later they are still “investigating” rather than simply taking ownership and resolving the issue. Mistakes happen, but it’s how a company responds that matters. The lack of urgency, accountability and basic customer service has made what should have been a straightforward issue incredibly frustrating. All round, a very poor experience."

Dull, artificial and toxic -smelling fragrances that one has the impression has smelled thousands times in the main street brands. I am a perfume connoisseur so this was a big disappointment. "So grateful I only purchased the sample scents versus the actual product. First disappointed I had to purchase samples. . . NEVER have I EVER had to do so. . . cheap branding for how expensive the item is. Typically, I wear Chanel - Mademoiselle and receive compliments from young, old, men and women. Just was ready for a change. Unfortunately, these scents are way too strong. You know those scents that knock you over and question why someone buys it. Then you realize it probably was a gift, bless the soul that gets stuck with these. The yellow plastic sample that I paid for is the least obnoxious. Don't get suckered into the packaging or name. It's nothing but bad smells and branding. SAVE YOUR MONEY!"
