"What in the world is this?!! Way too much product comes out of the tube. Unable to scrape it all off. My lashes are neither thicker nor are they a nice color. They're just clumpy and sickly looking. I purchased it from the VB counter at Harrods. Any chance I could have a refund or at least exchange it for another product?"

"This is the mascara of my dreams. This is not going to add much in terms of volume or length, but it beautifully adds definition without being clumpy, goopy or flaky. Perfectly coated and separated lashes. It is the eyelash version of the my skin but better foundation/skin tint. I never thought I would pay luxury prices for a mascara. Victoria’s other eye products are so lovely that I gave the mascara a try and am thrilled that I did!"

"I bought this because of the color and my kajal liner in Cocoa. First, the packaging of this mascara is beautiful. It weighted and feels so luxurious. All the packaging for every product from VB is luxurious. Upon opening and seeing the wand I was like wow!! It is skinny and small. It is the right size for me to apply my mascara on top and bottom lashes. So easy and simple. Now the formula, it is pigmented and beautiful. It goes on smoothly and easily. My lashes was lengthened and separated nicely. It really is a luxurious mascara. It was easy to clean as well. No issue. I used petroleum jelly to remove it. I will be buying the burgundy next. I dont wear black mascara, I wear blue mascara 99% of the time. I wish they can make an electric blue. That would be perfect for me. I love this so much I bought a black one for my friend. I know she will love it as much as I do."
