Step 1: Prep lips with light exfoliation and apply a small amount of Posh Balm in Glacé. Let Posh Balm absorb and blot off any excess.
Step 2: Outline both the top and bottom lips with Lip Definer.
Step 3: Apply Rouge Victoria to lips straight from the bullet in smooth gliding swipes to build up color and coverage. For added precision, use the Detailed Lip Brush.
Step 4: Gently blot off excess with a tissue as needed for desired look or between layers of Rouge Victoria for even more resilient wear.

Step 1: Outline the top and bottom lips with Lip Definer, working from the inner corners up to the cupid's bow to enhance and lift.
Step 2: Dab Rouge Victoria straight from the bullet onto the centre of the lips for a soft, diffused wash of colour.
Step 3: Gently blot with a tissue to soften the edges and achieve the blurred finish.

PRECISE

Step 1: Outline the top and bottom lips with Lip Definer, working from the inner corners up to the cupid's bow to enhance and lift.
Step 2: Apply Rouge Victoria to the lip in smooth, gliding swipes to build colour and coverage. For added precision, use the Detailed Lip Brush to work closer to the lip line.
Step 3: Blot with a tissue between layers for longer-lasting wear.
Step 4: Perfect the edge with The Concealer Pen with TFC8®. Sketch lightly around the lip line with the Detail Brush for a crisp, precise finish.
