If you are a new customer, you can sign up for The V-Suite by creating an account with us. Customers with existing accounts simply need to sign in to activate their V-Suite membership. Once activated, your spend will count toward your next tier upgrade.

You will see your spend reflected in your tracker 14 days after placing your order. Spend is calculated in USD, determined after promotional offers and before taxes or shipping charges are applied. Spend begins accumulating once you sign in to your V-Suite account for the first time.

You can check your tier status at any time by logging into your account and heading to your Loyalty dashboard. Within your dashboard, you can view your current tier and how much you need to spend to reach the next tier. Please note that spend will be based on the USD value equivalent.

Returned or canceled orders will not accrue spend towards your tier status. Spend is issued 14 days after your order date.

Your status is reflective of your tracked spend. As your yearly spend increases, so do your benefits. Spend is calculated in USD and will reflect in your Loyalty dashboard 14 days after your order has been placed.

Your V-Suite Loyalty Programme tier is valid for 12 months from the date you join, after which it refreshes based on your qualifying spend. For members who enrolled prior to our September 2025 re-launch, tiers will reset annually on 12 September.
