Cool case, less product

"I’ve been a fan of this lipliner, so I was really disappointed to see the new packaging comes with about 1.5 inches less product for the same price. While the new case is cool and definitely feels more elevated, I’d much rather have the actual product than upgraded packaging. Paying the same price for noticeably less product feels like a step backward. Please bring back the full-size liner — the product itself is what keeps customers coming back!"

Bummer - new packaging means less product

"I ordered the 02 in May and have LOVED LOVED LOVED it, great color and great product as always. When I saw the 1.5 as an option and I had to order it. Just received today and this is the first time I have ever been bummed with receiving a VB Beauty order. The new lip definer is 0.49g smaller than the previous version but has the same selling price. Maybe the new design will help me utilize more of the product when it gets low, but initial reaction, I am disappointed with the new design relative to the amount of lip definer product. 🤷‍♀️"

Bring back the original lip liner please

"I LOVED the lip liner in shade 1, and unfortunately, the new lip liner is not the same color at all. The size is also significantly smaller than the previous one. I really wish the original shade and size had been kept. New formulations are rarely an upgrade! 😭 I hope you’ll consider bringing back the original shade and size."
