Liner fell out

"Hello, the colour and texture is lovely. The only disappointment was when opening the packaging the first time, the full liner stick fell out. It was detached from the beginning, therefore it pops out when removing the lid making the situation messy on occasion and a bit frustrating for a higher wnd product."

"I absolutely love the formula and the chic packaging, however I felt the liner was too brown for the lip colour. The lip colour formula was soft and divine. I purchased the lip liner recommended to match. The concealer test booklet also didn’t contain enough product to trial the formula. I wanted to test how it settled into lines but couldn’t do so with the very small amount provided"

Sway is a beautiful soft plum. Love this.

"I purchased Sway. It is a soft, muted plum. It is pretty pigmented. I prefer to apply, then blot, and then apply the Colette lip balm over it. It softens the look and moisturizes my lips. This lasts, does not bleed and has no scent. I really like this lipstick. I wish there were more cool-toned colors, as nudes tend to make me look washed out. I highly recommend."
