Draw along the upper lash line and dot along the lower lash line. Use an eye brush to pickup the pencil formula from the back of your hand and apply like shadow. Finally, use the sponge end of your pencil to smudge the lower lash line.

SOFT WASH OF COLOUR

"These are hands down the best pencil on the planet. When you apply there's time to either precision line or smudge. Once the product dries it stays put. I like to layer colors. I apply, lightly smudge, and apply a new shade on top. It's a magnificent look but never tacky. I actually like that it subtle for quick , effortless day looks. I only use the liners. No need for complex eye shadow applications. ( I use VB base eye shadow neutral shades) However You can use a brush and apply them as eyeshadow as well. ( Use a base first. ) The colors are beautiful and blend-able . I own a dozen."

"I do do not leaving a mediocre review. The suggestion is to keep the liner sharpened. Well not with the one that was enclosed.
